PMA takes the risk, and we bring to table years of successful experience, industry expertise, and the enormous amount of time it takes to complete an engagement.
We ask our clients to bring something to the partnership too. It’s not their time and it’s not their money. It is, however, their willingness to face with honesty the way they do things now, and to have an open mind about the possibility that there may be a better way.
We also need executive support. If you, as an executive, understand that our way of looking at cost reduction makes sense, we want your support. Changing habits, corporately and personally, is not easy. It requires fortitude.
Finally, we need your recognition that the pricing your suppliers are currently charging may be improvable. Surprisingly, individuals at many organizations do not have this recognition.
