First is our Full Procurement Audit, an exceedingly minute examination of our clients’ expenditures and purchasing culture. This is offered as either a stand-alone service or as the first and necessary step to actually produce cost reductions.

As a stand-alone service, our fee for the audit is a very small percentage of the expenditure assigned us.

When the audit is a part of our overall cost reduction initiative, the fee is discounted by half, and is fully guaranteed. Our specific guarantee is that if the reductions we produce are not large enough to cover the fee, it is fully refundable to the client.

Second is the actual cost reduction work, for which we are paid on a contingency basis a percentage of the quantifiable savings we produce.

Third is a menu of additional purchasing-related consulting services, for which we are paid on a retainer or hourly-fee basis
